At The Source Snowboard & Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused and tagged items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to help you get back to the mountain or the park as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand new, sellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal to provide your order number and specify whether you require an exchange or a refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
