We offer flat-rate shipping across the country, with free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Oversized items like complete snowboards may incur a small additional handling fee.
What is your return policy for technical gear?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that mounted snowboards or gripped skateboard decks are considered custom builds and cannot be returned.
Do you offer professional assembly for skateboards?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can request free assembly in the order notes. Our pro shop team will grip and build your board before shipping.

Are the products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
All hardware, including boards, bindings, and boots, comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty against defects. We are an authorized dealer for all brands we carry and will assist you with any warranty claims.
